New Awol Vision Software

This time, AWOL Vision has released new software aimed at enhancing the gaming experience on LaserTVs. In this guide, we will explain how to install the new software and enjoy even better experiences.

What exactly does the new software improve?

A software bug related to a 1080p 120Hz input lag has been fixed to meet the requirements of 8-12 ms.

An occasional software bug related to screen tearing when switching HDMI ports has been fixed.

Color accuracy has been optimized according to the recommended image settings from Dgtr74.

IR commands for HDMI and Composite ports have been separated.

More IP control commands have been added for remote navigation, both for LTV-3000 Pro and LTV-3500 Pro models.

Network settings have been removed from the configuration wizard.

How to install the new software?

Connect the AWOL Vision projector to the Internet.

Go to the update by following the steps: [Settings] -> [About] -> [Update].

When a new available version V1.00.1A.20240409 is detected on the network, click on DOWNLOAD and wait for the download process to complete.

Click on UPDATE after completing the above download process. The projector will automatically restart and proceed to the system update installation step, then complete the update process.

After the update, please check the system version to confirm that the update has been successful.
